In-house recruiters are often more “global animals” than employees in other areas of a business – and this propensity can be harnessed when trying to create an efficient international recruitment operation. This is the view expressed by Christoffer Ellehuus, managing director of research and advisory firm the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), in the second and final part of a video interview series with Recruiter, coinciding with a special report on a piece of research from the CEB in the July edition of Recruiter.
