DV Cleared Recruitment Administrator required for an initial 6 month contract in London.

Project information:

The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for administering and providing support for a growing department within an undisclosed client. This role will require working with all levels of management and staff.

Role responsibilities:

  • Proactive support of the whole recruitment team to ensure all administrations tasks are completed to a high level.
  • Managing diaries and booking meetings and rooms.
  • Organising key meetings which will include collating and distributing materials, taking minutes, spreadsheet management and management of activities.
  • Administration of the department and help plan associated activities.
  • Liaison with other departments within the organisation or separate organisations to discuss needs of the team.
