A leading E-Commerce business with a Head Office in Kent now seek a Talent Manager to lead the activities and strategies of their growing talent team.
Due to continued growth, this company continues to expand across all sites and divisions, increasing the need for additional support within the talent team. In order to allow the Director to focus on group strategies, you will take over the day to day operation of a team of 2 or 3 Talent Executives that deliver the current resourcing activities.
As you take over this function you will work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their priorities and critical goals and design a sourcing strategy that delivers. This may cover specific direct sourcing strategies, advertising, recruitment processes, overseeing the workload of the team, delivering an exceptional candidate processes and ensuring successful outcomes.
Due to the volume of Digital & E-Commerce focused roles a background within a similar business is essential. You may already be in a Talent Manager role or a Senior Talent Executive ready and capable for the next step in your career. You may also be an Account Manager for a recruitment agency with strong onsite experience or client strategy skills.
While the short to medium term activities will keep you busy adding real value to the company and building out the talent team further in the longer term you will be give a career path to Head of Talent / Talent Director.
