My client is a multi-faceted Financial Services Company looking for a “stand alone” HR/Recruiter. This is an amazing opportunity for a recruiter that is looking to “cross over” to In House HR. Study will be provided and there will be a heavy emphasis on Recruitment to start. All HR procedures are in place but there is opportunity to add to policies and procedures. Busy Office with lots of prospects.

Recruitment responsibilities

- Manage recruitment projects from brief through to delivery across all departments using a variety of methods
- Continually assessing effectiveness and putting forward new ideas for ongoing candidate attraction
- Develop productivity metrics, goals, and efficiencies of the hiring process - monthly reports to show success of recruitment campaigns, including analysis and recommendations
- Track recruitment spend and find creative solutions to reduce cost per hire
- On-board all new starters including offers, pre-start and first week induction, with a focus on maintaining the best candidate experience possible

HR responsibilities

- Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinary events, grievances and sickness
- Appraisal management: coaching managers on performance management issues and processes
- Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
- Maintaining staff info on internal database & payroll
- Administering benefits – cycle to work, eye care, healthcare and annual travel card loan

Office responsibilities

- Management and maintenance of office environment
- Responsible for post, couriers and deliveries
- Arrange and execute company events
- Ordering of office supplies and stationery items
- Maintain relevant insurances
- Negotiate best rates on rent, utilities and services
- Organise and oversee building works

Candidate profile:

- Previous experience in a 360-recruitment role, consultancy background preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised and target driven
- Excellent stake holder management skills
- Able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- HR qualification desirable, but not essential
