Our client is an expert in providing day-to-day HRIS support for agencies across France and Spain, including systems administration, report writing, data integrity audits, and user support. They are looking to hire an experienced Manager of HR Systems with business-level French and Spanish speaking skills to aid the continued growth of the business based in the Strand, London.

Key responsibilities
• Supporting the client’s agencies in France and Spain during Success Factors Employee Central HR System (Reach) implementation and transition to ongoing model
• Ensuring the integrity of the Reach data. Conducting frequent data audits and works with agency HR administrators to correct data as needed
• Troubleshooting basic system and technical issues with Reach, and works with US HRIS team and Success Factors support to resolve, when assistance is needed
• Liaising between the payroll vendor and agencies for the payroll interface process, including issue resolution
• Preparing accurate and timely monthly reports from Reach as required by management 
• Generating ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed
• Creating and maintaining Reach reporting templates for France and Spain
• Reach System administration includes, but is not limited to:
o HRIS access/security requests
o HRIS foundation tables maintenance 
o Time Off, if applicable
• Data loading into Reach from excel spreadsheets
• Identifying training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs. Training includes in person training and conference calls/webinars
• Recommending system enhancements and process improvements
• Creating HRIS community for agency HR practitioners
• Performing system testing/user acceptance testing of HR system development and enhancements prior to production implementation
• Additional responsibilities as required

Person Specification
• 6+ years HR systems experience
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English is required
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables), Word and Powerpoint
• Understanding of HR and HR legislation in France and Spain
• Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
• Experience with data models and table layouts, and report writing tools (i.e. Crystal reports)
• Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll data requirements
• Problem solving and analytical skills 
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand
• Superior attention to detail and accuracy
