We are seeking a talented Recruitment Advisor / In-house Recruiter who has extensive experience in Graduate / Post Grad recruitment to join a global consulting firm. Working from their central London office expect an exciting opportunity to find, engage and hire the best Graduates / Post Graduates for their super talented consulting team.

They are now seeking an Internal Recruitment Advisor / Graduate Recruiter to play a key role in ensuring the best talent is reached.

Joining as the Recruitment Advisor / In-house Recruiter you will utilise your experience of high-volume recruitment, to manage the whole recruitment process from search & selection to offer. Whether you are building relationships with universities and business schools; being creative in your approach to sourcing candidates through a variety of channels; managing the offer process; suggesting improvements; coordinating recruitment events or updating / developing recruitment materials, you will play a key role in attracting the very best graduates / post grads to the team.

To qualify... You should be a Recruitment Advisor / In-house Recruiter / Internal Recruiter / Graduate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Consultant or similar, with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Previous graduate / postgraduate / business school recruitment experience;
  • Experience of working within the professional or financial services industries;
  • Experience of high volume recruitment;
  • Good candidate and stakeholder management;
  • You are commercial, enthusiastic and committed;
  • You are a strong problem solver;
  • You are comfortable working with data and presenting management information back to stakeholders;
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
