What does the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant involve?
We meet every candidate we meet, therefore your role will span from both client and candidate interaction. You will become a trainee recruitment consultant specialised in a specific area of the property market where you will source candidates and finally place them in industry roles. You will be on-boarding candidates and managing them through the recruitment process.
The skills required from you to become a Recruitment Consultant
Experience in recruitment isn’t vital as we strongly believe our training programme will get you to our high standards in no time. We do however look for bold, fun, honest, loyal and determined individuals in order to be successful at Deverell Smith.
