As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be given all the tools needed to understand how to source and supply candidates within the Healthcare sector, helping your candidates to develop and carve out their career path, whilst efficiently meeting the staffing needs of your clients. You will become well versed in identifying and developing opportunities in a pro-active sales environment, showing strong negotiation skills to meet clients and candidates needs.

Full in-house training will be provided by our training team, management and mentors in all areas of Recruitment, to include;
